Alan Weber

Alan Weber is a Senior Board Advisor for ClearPoint. Alan is the Chairman of KGS Holdings, a fixed income broker-dealer. He is also an Operating Partner at Arsenal Capital Partners. Before joining Arsenal, Alan was the Chairman and Chief Executive officer of U.S. Trust Corporation. Prior to his leadership at U.S. Trust, he was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Aetna Inc.

Alan previously spent 28 years at Citibank where he was Chairman of Citibank International and Executive Vice President of Citibank. Alan led Citibank’s Global Financial Institutions and Transaction Services business. During his tenure at Citibank, he managed businesses in approximately 30 countries, including assignments in Japan, Italy and Latin America.

Alan graduated with an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the boards of Diebold, a global provider of integrated self-service delivery systems, security and services, Broadridge Financial Solutions, SandRidge Energy, and OnForce.
