Howard Tischler is an Operating Director at ClearPoint. Over his 35 years of management and operations experience, he has built several leading companies in the transaction processing and outsourced services sectors. 

Howard is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enfocel, a management and online marketing consulting firm. Previously, he was Group President of First Advantage Dealer Services, a division of First Advantage Corporation. Prior to that, Howad was President and Chief Executive Officer of First American Credit Management Solutions, Inc. (CMSI), which was a subsidiary of The First American Corporation, as well as Teletrack. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Credit Online. He was also Co-Founder and President of Intelius Corporation, a financial services and healthcare document management systems company acquired by SunGard Data Systems.

Howard earned an M.S. in engineering and operations research from The George Washington University and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Maryland. He serves on the Engineering Advisory Board at George Washington University. Howard currently serves as the Lead Director on the Board of Directors of Dealertrack.
