Simon Baitler

Simon Baitler is an Operating Director at ClearPoint. He brings to ClearPoint over 30 years of management and operating experience, in particular with insurance brokerage and distribution companies.

Simon is a Managing Director and founder of Paradigm Partners International, an insurance advisory firm. Previously, Simon was a senior executive at Transamerica Life Companies, where he held numerous executive positions over the course of nearly 20 years. Simon was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for the Transamerica Life Companies. Prior to this experience, he was Chief Operations Officer for Transamerica Life Insurance and Annuity Company. 

Simon graduated with a B.S. in mathematics from Union College University. He has been a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Simon serves as a board advisor to Breckenridge Insurance Services and several other private companies. He was previously an Operating Partner at Arsenal Capital Partners.
